Grading the Aggies: A&M 36 Nebraska 14

Quarterback

A&M junior Stephen McGee completed 13 of 22 passes for 100 yards and a touchdown, but the passing game was once again mainly non-existent. It didn't matter against Nebraska as the Aggies had their highest rushing output of the year. McGee broke the school record for carries by a quarterback with 35 and had a career high 167 yards on the ground. Backup Jerrod Johnson got in late and ran the ball four times for 18 yards, but didn't have a passing attempt.

Running backs

Junior running back Jorvorskie Lane had arguably his best outing as an Aggie as he averaged 8.7 yards per carry in accumulating 130 yards on 15 carries. He also equaled a career high with four touchdowns, bringing his season total to 15 and career total to 43 rushing touchdowns. Sophomore Mike Goodson, however only produced 32 yards on eight carries. The Aggies need him to touch the ball more often.
