Walking the tightrope Pt 3: Life as a Mountaineer redshirt

Julian Miller had a dubious distinction this fall. Not only was the redshirt the only real pass rusher of consequence on the scout team, he also was the only pass rusher of consequence playing behind the varsity.

For that reason, he spent a half of his practice time every day at Mountaineer Field or the grass work-out lay-out trying to make the Pat White offense better as the guy who was coming at White off the edge on the redshirt defense. The other half, he headed down to work with coordinator Jeff Casteel to make himself and the Gold and Blue defense better.
