Liuget says Tigers still there

The connection of Florida players with the LSU football program remains quite strong.

LSU Head Coach Les Miles hopes it is strong enough to land one of the top defensive ends in the Sunshine State in Corey Liuget.

The 6-3, 260-pound Hialeah High School product is a four-star prospect according to the latest Rivals.com rankings. Ranked as the 25th-best overall player in the State of Florida, Liuget is also ranked as the nation's eighth-best weakside defensive end.

"The entire recruiting process for me has seemed to calm down big-time," Liuget said.
