Katy teammates enjoy Louisville
As expected, Katy H.S. teammates Terrence Frederick and Aundre Dean took official visits to the University of Louisville this weekend. Frederick committed to the Cardinals last month, while Dean is one of the top players on the Cardinals' wish list.
Dean, a four-star running back who is rated as the No. 11 RB in the country, is expected to visit Ohio State and Alabama, and he is still considering UCLA, Texas A&M, Arkansas, and Texas.
Frederick, a 5-foot-10 defensive back who runs a 4.5 forty, said the visit solidified his commitment. "It was fun. Everything we did was tight, except for that academic meeting," Frederick said with a laugh. "But they gave me good information about the school, the football program, and how it works and information."
What did his roommate and good friend Dean say of the trip? "He thought it was tight, too," Frederick answered. "He liked the visit. He didn't expect that and didn't expect it to be that fun. It turned out good. He said he had a great time."
Frederick had good things to say about the man who will likely be his future coach, UofL defensive coordinator Ron English.
we talked a little bit. "He's new, too," T-Fred said. "He came in Saturday. He just wants to make us get the job done. He said he's going to get us to work hard without yelling at us too much, but he's pretty
strict about the little things."
