Spring Spotlight - D.J. Adams

It is that time again, and we are back on the road Monday through Friday to watch some of the top prospects in the country go through spring practice. We will run the Spring Spotlight feature into the month of June, and you will see exclusive video, photo galleries, player analysis, and quotes from the prospect's coach. The prospect in the spotlight this time is D.J. Adams.

High School: Norcross

Class: 2009

Position: Running Back

Vitals: 5-10, 205, 4.55

Offers: Notre Dame, Maryland, Arkansas, Boston College, Louisville, Rutgers amongst others.

Favorites: Rutgers, Arkansas, Notre Dame, and Maryland

Colleges in Attendance: Auburn and Kentucky

Practice Observations: Adams is a tough runner that likes contact. He does a great job of running low and keeping his legs moving until the whistle blows. He has a nice initial burst and he can bounce it outside when needed. Adams showed nice hands out of the backfield, he showed great leadership, and he showed why he is a highly recruited running back during this practice session.
