Beavs look to Heartland for latest offer

Only so many prospects in the Heartland can head to the Big 12. Apparently that's the thinking of the Oregon State because yet another prospect in the Sooner State has picked up a Beavers football scholarship offer. Anthony Foster, a quick 5-foot-9, 177-pound athlete from Union High School in Tulsa has earned the respect of the OSU coaching staff enough for a full-ride tender, and later this summer he hopes to learn more about the program and what it can offer him.

How did Oregon State get wind of Foster? He's still trying to figure that out himself.
