Brown is wide open

The Oregon Ducks have, once again, spread their wings to the east coast. In the Ducks bid to become a national program, they continue to recruit wide receiver Justin Brown (6'3, 210, 4.44 hand timed 40) from Concord High School in Wilmington, Delaware. Duck Sports Authority sat down with him in order to hear his stance on the recruiting process.

Justin is working very hard this summer to get ready to play at the D-1 level. "I have been working very hard so that I will be ready to play right away. I don't plan on red shirting so I know I need to work very hard to be able to play at the next level. I wouldn't need to work as hard if I planed on red shirting," Brown said with conviction.

Justin is a very eloquent, bright and focused young man and that comes through loud and clear when he is being interviewed. "My GPA is 3.7 and I took two honors classes last year. I am going to take my SAT test in the fall. I am committed to getting a good education with a degree. I intend to major in communications. I like to be in front of a camera. I like to talk. That is very important to me," Brown told us.
