Fellner gets new offer

Every year at this time coaching changes start affect the recruiting landscape. It is always a trying time when a student-athlete starts to get a loyalty to a school and its coaching staff only to have a coaching change upset the apple cart. That is what is happening to three-star defensive back Nathan Fellner (6-0, 195, 4.57) from Fresno (Calif.) Clovis West.

"I am opening things up a little to learn about other school that are showing interest in me due to Washington's coaching change," Fellner said. "I remain committed to Washington though. I just want to make sure that Washington is still the right place for me."

"Arizona offered me a scholarship and I think I'm going to take a visit there," Fellner said. "Arizona has me either going when they play Arizona State or the week after when they are having their big recruiting weekend."

Fellner was selected to the Rivals.com California Preseason Top 100 team for the class of 2009 landing has the Golden State's No. 91 prospect at any position.
