"I've not been doing much, I've just been working out, I recently got my OU workout in the mail," Trice said. "I've been working hard on the speed and agility stuff, strength comes naturally to me. I'm not working as hard as I should be. Working with the track program is taking up some of my time.
"I'm doing all of the track stuff and then on Wednesdays I get to cut my track program short and get ready for some of the agility stuff. We kind of work around my schedule."
