Klug talks about the changes upfront

When the Iowa defense lined up for Saturday's scrimmage, Karl Klug had a new teammate next to him as Christian Ballard moved down from defensive end to defensive tackle. Klug talks about the changes upfront and if that gives Iowa its best defensive line, whether or not there will be a rotation of players eventually, how camp is going so far, plus a whole lot more.

Q: First, how do you think it went today?

KLUG: Coach was pretty happy with it he said, so I mean whenever the big dog is happy, we've got to be happy too I guess.

Q: What did you see from Christian Ballard moving inside to tackle today?

KLUG: You know, it helped out a lot. Anytime you can play next to a 290-pound guy, it kind of draws attention away from yourself, so it kind of freed myself up a little bit.
