According to the report in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Harrow was unresponsive for 20 minutes while the training staff was attending to him.
The report says Walton conceded the game, which they were trailing 75-54, and Harrow was taken to a local hospital where he was treated for dehydration.
As of Wednesday morning, the newspaper reported Harrow was alert and had been released from the hospital but was not expected to return to action this weekend.
Harrow had previously been treated for dehydration during a tournament last weekend, the report said.
"It's always scary when a kid goes down," Walton coach Joe Goydish told the paper. "He fell out and we couldn't really revive him and had to call paramedics. We were scared. But his vital signs were good [while Harrow was unresponsive]. He was exhausted."
Harrow, the No. 7 recruit in the state of Georgia, has committed to N.C. State.
