Notes: Evans' 1st career double-double

Badgers Notes

- Wisconsin won its fourth-straight road game and improved to 19-6 on the season and 8-4 in Big Ten play.

- The Badgers are now 9-7 all-time under Bo Ryan in overtime games, and 1-1 this season.

- Wisconsin won at least 19 games in all 11 seasons under Ryan. Prior to his arrival, the program had just four seasons with 19 or more wins.

- The Badgers' four-game road winning streak is their longest since winning seven in a row away from home during the 2007-08 season

- UW moved to 8-2 away from the Kohl Center this season, owning the most road/neutral wins of any Big Ten team.

- Wisconsin also is 6-2 in true road games, with a 5-1 mark in Big Ten play. UW's six true road wins lead the Big Ten and trail only Baylor's seven for the most among teams in the six BCS conferences.

- Ryan improved to 261-97 (.729) at Wisconsin, including a mark of 128-52 (.711) in the Big Ten. He is four wins away from tying Walter Meanwell for the most wins (265) in school history.

- UW improved to 19-0 this season when leading or tied with five minutes remaining (Wisconsin led 51-44 with 5:00 remaining Thursday).

- Since Ryan's first season in 2001-02, Wisconsin owns the most road wins overall (61) and within Big Ten play (47) of any conference program.

- Wisconsin is now 18-4 (.818) in games coming after a loss since 2009-10, which ranks second in the Big Ten over that span.

- The Badgers shot a season-best 84 percent at the free throw line, making 21-of-25 attempts, including 15-of-17 in overtime.

- Wisconsin is 84-11 all-time under Ryan when attempting at least 25 free throws.

- During the final 5 minutes of Big Ten games, the Badgers are now shooting 81.0 (64-of-79) at the line.

Individual Notes

- Senior guard Jordan Taylor finished with 27 points, marking the second time he has scored at least 20 points in a game this season and finishing just 1 point off his season high of 28 against Michigan State.

- Taylor made a season-high five 3-pointers, tying for the second-most he's made in a game in his career (seven at Indiana on March 3, 2011).

- Taylor now has 1,364 career points and moved into 13th place on Wisconsin's all-time scoring list, passing Trevon Hughes (1,339). Taylor is 12 points away from tying Jon Leuer for 12th place.

- Taylor also tied a career high with three steals and set a season high with eight made field goals.

- Ryan Evans, who played a career-high 44 minutes, scored 17 points and tied a career high with 11 rebounds to record the first double-double of his career.

- Josh Gasser was a perfect 6-for-6 at the free throw line, the most makes without a miss in his career. He also tied a season high with four assists.

- Playing a career-high 41 minutes, Mike Bruesewitz tied a career high with two blocks and matched his season high with four assists, while pulling down nine rebounds.

- With three blocks Thursday night, Jared Berggren now has 42 on the season, which is tied for the sixth-most in a single season in UW history.
