Tuesday's Top Tigers

Tuesday's Top Tigers makes its return to PowerMizzou.com. Each week from now through the end of football season, we will rank the 11 Tigers who had the best game the previous week. A player's ranking one week has no bearing on his placement on the list the next week. This is our list of the 11 Tigers who had the best days in the 36-28 win over Kansas:

Tuesday's Top Tigers
1 Tony Temple, TB When the offense was struggling, Temple got things going. His incredible effort on a third down reception made it possible for MU to convert a fourth down for the first TD and he just kept going. 4
2 Danario Alexander, WR If he hadn't been injured, he would have had a monster year. Great time for a breakout game. NR
3 Chase Daniel, QB Just another game. The only difference with this one was everyone saw it and they all now know how good Daniel is. 2
4 Tommy Saunders, WR A career high in catches and yards and the biggest overlooked play of the game, the onside kick recovery. 9
5 William Moore, S He has been phenomenal for five straight weeks. 5
6 Jeff Wolfert, K Anyone that does not realize his importance did not watch last week. With Wolfert on their side, it might be Kansas going to the title game. NR
7 Colin Brown, OT Brown has been Missouri's second best lineman all year. He made the block that made Daniel's highlight reel TD to Alexander possible. NR
8 Stryker Sulak, DE He did exactly what he should have done against a left tackle who had an injured leg. He was in the backfield all night. 7
9 Ziggy Hood, DT The run game was no factor. Hood was a major factor. NR
10 Adam Spieker, C He is a certain all-Big 12 player. The way Mizzou has run it lately, he might be an all-American. NR
11 Lorenzo Williams, DT After the game, Williams told me he hoped his safety would land him on Tuesday's Top Tigers. I asked what number he should be and he told me he wanted to be at the bottom. Here you go, Zo. NR
