BUZZ: Winn moved into a starting role because of injury and has played a key role for a team that has allowed only one opponent to score more than one touchdown. Winn has three tackles for a loss and forced fumble on the season.

BUZZ: Hightower has started since Day One on a top-10 defense. He has 24 tackles, a quarterback hurry, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.

BUZZ: Marve was asked to fill the big shoes of Jonathan Goff at middle linebacker, and he has come through. Marve has 44 tackles, two tackles for a loss, a sack, a quarterback hurry and a forced fumble.

HIGH SCHOOL: San Antonio Robert E. Lee
BUZZ: The Sooners will have to rely on Lewis more following the season-ending knee injury to fellow linebacker Ryan Reynolds. Lewis already has seven tackles for a loss, 3.5 sacks and an interception.

BUZZ: Spence is one of several Northwestern signees paying immediate dividends for the Hurricanes. He has 27 tackles, four tackles for a loss and an interception return for a touchdown against Florida State.

BUZZ: Baker is the leading tackler for undefeated Ball State with 52 stops. He also leads the team with three interceptions, including one he returned for a touchdown.

BUZZ: Aho is 12-of-15 on field-goal attempts, including 5-for-7 from beyond 40 yards. He converted all five of his attempts in a 36-28 upset of Arizona.
