All leads point to Cam Cameron
Speaking at his signing day press conference last Wednesday, LSU coach Les Miles simply said that he has not given any thought to changes in his coaching staff.
That statement did not close the door on shifts among the Tigers assistants. Speculation in recent days has centered on former Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator Cam Cameron coming to LSU, possibly in the same role.

One website, which concentrates on coaching movement, published that Cameron is heading to LSU. There has been no comment from LSU. With school closed for Mardi Gras until midday Wednesday, one would not expect any announcement forthcoming for a few days.
Cameron, who has been a close friend of Miles for years, was fired as Ravens offensive coordinator with three weeks remaining in the regular season. Baltimore had a 9-4 record at the time of Cameron's dismissal.
Quarterbacks coach Joe Caldwell took over for Cameron. The Ravens lost two of their final three regular-season games before winning four consecutive playoff contests en route to the Super Bowl championship.
Cameron became Baltimore's offensive coordinator in 2008 - the same year in which John Harbaugh was named its head coach. Joe Flacco became the Ravens starting quarterback at the same time Cameron was named offensive coordinator.
Flacco is the Ravens' all-time leader in passing yards. In five regular seasons, Flacco has completed 61 percent of his passes for more than 17,600 yards and 102 touchdowns with 56 interceptions. Baltimore has won at least one playoff game in each of Flacco's five seasons.
According to published reports, Cameron was dismissed due to the lack of use of No. 1 tailback Ray Rice. The Ravens did feature the running game more with Caldwell calling the plays.
Cameron, who was a football and basketball player at Indiana, began his coaching career as a graduate assistant at Michigan in 1983. Cameron became a full-time assistant for the Wolverines in 1985 and spent nine years there.
Cameron coached both wide receivers and quarterbacks during his time at Michigan. Miles was also a member of the Wolverines coaching staff from 1987 through 1994. So, Cameron and Miles worked together for seven seasons under Bo Schembechler and Gary Moeller.
The only other college experience for Cameron occurred from 1997-2001 when he was the head coach at Indiana. The Hoosiers had an 18-37 record in Cameron's five seasons. During that time, Antwaan Randle El became the first player in Division I history to both pass and run for 40 touchdowns.
Following his dismissal at Indiana, Cameron returned to the NFL as offensive coordinator of the San Diego Chargers. In five years with San Diego, Cameron worked with New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees and Philip Rivers, whose brother Stephen is Zach Mettenberger's backup at LSU.
Cameron's success at San Diego led to his hiring as the head coach with the Miami Dolphins. In his one year with Miami, Cameron had a 1-15 record. Cameron then moved to Baltimore.
Presently, Greg Studrawa is LSU's offensive line coach/offensive coordinator and Steve Kragthorpe is quarterbacks coach. There has been speculation that Kragthorpe, who was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 2011, would move to an off-the-field position. Again, nothing is official.
