Rivals100 safety Kelvin Joseph commits to LSU

The LSU football program picked up its 22nd commitment for the class of 2018 in Rivals100 safety Kelvin Joseph.

The Baton Rouge native from Scotlandville Magnet announced his commitment during the nationally televised broadcast of the U.S. Army All-American game.
