The LSU coaching staff picked up a huge commitment Saturday evening as Rivals50 defensive end Jarell Cherry of Dallas, TX (Carter) gave Ed Orgeron his pledge.

The commitment of Cherry gives LSU 13 commitments for the class of 2018. He committed to the Tigers over Texas, Texas A&M, Alabama, Oklahoma and others.
