Fast, versatile LSU defense leading charge into 2020 | Tiger Pride Podcast

Offensive losses such as Joe Burrow, Clyde Edwards-Helaire, Ja'Marr Chase and Justin Jefferson appear to headline the national conversation around LSU's historic turnover.

But the Tigers will have plenty pairs of big shoes to fill on the other side of the ball where only JaCoby Stevens, Derek Stingley Jr. and Glen Logan return as starters.

Coach Ed Orgeron has expressed confidence in a fast, aggressive defense under once-again defensive coordinator Bo Pelini, though.

And the Tiger Pride Podcast guys are optimistic as well — even despite having a few positions where they still await further clarity.

Mark Clements of 225 Magazine and Jerit Roser of Tiger Details dive into the outlook for the unit, its returning stars and its fresher faces such as Jabril Cox, potential breakout veterans such as Micah Baskerville and slew of sophomore defensive backs and freshman defensive linemen in this week's Tiger Pride Podcast.

Check out the breakdown below — now available in the video format below or on audio via Spotify and Overcast among other platforms — as well as some of the offseason coach and player interviews.
