Positive injury report

LSU coach Les Miles spoke very briefly with members of the media following his team's practice Wednesday evening.
The one important piece of information involved the health of three Tigers starters - safety Craig Loston, linebacker Tahj Jones and wide receiver Jarvis Landry. Miles sounded fairly optimistic that all three players will line up against Florida on Saturday afternoon.

LSU FOOTBALL: Coming together on defenseClick "Jarvis practiced a little bit (Wednesday)," Miles said. "He'll practice fully (Thursday). Then, we'll be moderate in our approach with him. Loston practiced (Wednesday). It looks like he'll play. It looks like Tahj Jones will play too."Here to view this Link.
LSU's passing game will get a huge challenge this week from Florida, which has the best defense the Tigers has met all season. Miles expressed confidence that his team will still move the football.
"Our wide receivers will get a big test from Florida's corners," Miles said. "It will be something to watch. But, those Florida receivers are going to be matched up with some pretty good receivers."
The Gators offense has been very efficient since Tyler Murphy has stepped in for the injured Jeff Driskel. Murphy can put pressure on the defense with both his arm and his legs.
"There are some similarities between Murphy and (Mississippi State's Dak) Prescott," Miles said. "But, Murphy really has his own style and ability. He is a true dual threat guy."
