WHAT LES MILES HAD TO SAY
"Our team is making improvement. We were sloppy at times on the offensive side of the ball. The offense is really much improved. It's just that they are shooting themselves in the foot. They have to understand that we are not going to play football that way. We have talented players who can make big plays. The quarterback is throwing the ball better, but we have to improve on the little things (penalties, center-quarterback exchange and protecting the football).
"Rasco had a nice day. He continues to improve with every practice. It looked like Loston had a nice day as well. He made some big plays for the defense. We improved defensively. The defense lined up and did the right things."
WHAT'S UP NEXT
LSU will be off until Tuesday, April 9 due to the school's spring break. The Tigers have six more practices, including the spring game on Saturday, April 20.
