BATON ROUGE – LSU offensive line coach Stacy Searles has resigned to a position with the University of Georgia, head coach Les Miles announced on Saturday.

Searles, who is a native of Trion, Ga., has coached the Tiger offensive line since the 2003 season. Searles will coach the same position with the Bulldogs.

Miles said he will begin an immediate search for Searles' replacement.
